It was a guy about 20 years old who loved to video game’s that let you chat with others. So he wanted to make His Own Site With Chat Game’s for people like you! One of them that he Invented was Penguin Chat! That was the most popular one so he wanted To Expand the gaming community so he started the business of Club Penguin! Im not going inTo Details… lol he closed the site and club Penguin was Born! Look For the Penguin ( rsnail, or RocketSnail ) he’s the inventor! Hope that helps!

Its quite simple… have the picture ready the put on the page or post, type what you want it to say then press the enter key, and post your pic!

Cpip was open for a Small Peirod of Time. It was for testing The New Servs and New Updates. For testing Was Done, Cpip was Shut down. Im Sure it will open again!

i know old Game of Club Penguin it called penguin chat 3 But Why is it Closed?

Cause, Penguin chat 3 was before Club Penguin.
Penguin chat 3 is like the beta version of club penguin. It was Made by the same company (not Disney) and they closed it so that they could open Club Penguin. Does that make sense?
